We guarantee authenticity of every watch we sell.  We are awarded members of the International Watch & Jewelry Guild and have an outstanding reputation. We are always happy to provide a written guarantee of authenticity.  MG Watches does not sell replica watches of any kind!

RETURN POLICY

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your (Certified Pre-Owned) watch.  Any (Certified Pre-Owned) watch may be returned within 3 days after receipt.  It must be in the same condition as received in.  You also must send back all the boxes, papers, manuals and tags that it came with.  The watch must not be worn and has to be shipped back insured at your expense.  Overnight shipping is not required but the box must be postmarked within 3 days after you received it.

All non (Certified Pre-Owned) watches may not be returned due to the fact that they are special ordered.

Can I see the watch in person?

If you live in the New York area, you are invited to stop by our retail Location and view our large collection of (Certified Pre-Owned) watches.  Since most of the unworn watches on our site have to be special ordered we will not have them available for viewing.

When will my watch arrive?

Almost all (Certified Pre-Owned) watches are shipped within 24 hours.  Unworn watches take approx 24 – 48 hours to ship.  In the event that a product is backordered we will notify you via email and give you an approx shipping date.

Do you accept payment other than by credit card?

We offer a 3% discount if you pay by bank wire.  We also accept personal checks and money orders.  Your watch will be shipped pending clearance of checks.

How much is shipping?

Overnight shipping is always complimentary at MG WATCHES.  We want you to receive your new timepiece as quickly as possible.

 Do you take trade-ins?

Absolutely!  Please provide us with a full description of your watch and we will be happy to give you an estimate.  We usually value your watch at 80% of the current market value.

Does my watch come with a warranty?

MG watches is not an authorized dealer of any of the watches we carry.  This gives us an amazing advantage because authorized dealers usually sell their watches at or a little below the Manufactures Suggested Retail Price.  We purchase our watches from a network of dealers and we have the flexibility to sell you a watch at a substantial discount that authorized dealers cannot offer. 

We provide a 1 year in house warranty on all unworn and (Certified Pre-Owned) watches.  Over 90% of the unworn watches we sell will come with the manufactures warranty card or paper in the box.  If it has been stamped by an authorized dealer you may sometimes be able to send it to the factory for service.  All watches sent to MG Watches will be serviced and/or repaired by one of our expert technicians and shipped backed to you as soon as work is done.  An extended MG Watches warranty can be purchased at time of sale please call us for details.

The warranty does not cover: cracked or broken crystals, water damage due to improperly tightened crown, or damage from abuse or misuse.
